Find the phone number independently
Open the selected hotel's official Hilton property page and use the phone number published there. Do not rely only on a number sent by a booking seller.
Prepare the details the hotel needs
Have the full property name, guest passport name, check-in and check-out dates and any reservation reference ready. Ask whether the reservation is confirmed rather than merely requested.
Ask what the hotel can and cannot verify
The hotel may confirm the stay while directing payment, modification or cancellation questions back to the booking channel. That distinction is normal for some third-party reservations.
Keep written terms with the verified booking
Hotel verification does not replace the quotation's cancellation, refund and payment terms. Save both the hotel confirmation details and the commercial terms.
