This notice explains the limited information used to prepare and manage a hotel or transfer request.
Information you provide
A request may include your name, email address, country or region, stay dates, guest counts, hotel and room preferences, loyalty number if voluntarily supplied, and special requests.
How information is used
We use request details to notify our booking team, prepare a quotation, communicate with you, coordinate a proposed reservation or transfer, prevent misuse and keep necessary business records.
Sharing and Feishu
The form sends request details through our server to a private Feishu operations group. Relevant details may then be shared with the selected accommodation, booking supplier or transfer provider only as needed to answer or fulfill the request. Their own privacy terms may also apply.
Data minimization and security
Do not send payment-card details through the website form, ordinary email or chat. The public website does not contain the private Feishu webhook address; submissions are forwarded through a protected server endpoint.
Retention and choices
Records are kept only as reasonably needed for the request, legal obligations and dispute handling. To ask about correction or deletion, email [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.
