Independent service
Beijing Stay Concierge is not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by Hilton. It is not a Hilton hotel or an official Hilton booking website. Hotel trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify requested properties.
Quotations and discounts
A quotation is date-specific and subject to availability. A discount means the quoted price may be lower than a comparable public rate checked at quotation time. It is not a lowest-price guarantee. Compare the property, room, currency, taxes, inclusions and cancellation conditions before booking.
Verification and confirmation
A request is not confirmed merely because it was submitted. Before payment, we can provide details for you to contact the selected hotel and check the proposed guest name, dates and reservation status.
Payment
Payment instructions and recipient details are supplied with the final quotation. Check them carefully. Never send card details through the website form or ordinary email. A reservation becomes binding only under the written confirmation and payment terms.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
Rules vary by quotation. Flexible deadlines, non-refundable conditions, no-show charges and refund timing will follow the confirmed written terms. Ask before paying if any point is unclear.
Loyalty benefits and special requests
Hilton Honors points, status credit, upgrades, breakfast and other benefits are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed for the rate. Bed type, connecting rooms, accessibility details and celebration amenities remain requests until the hotel confirms them.
Transfers
Airport transfers are a separate service with their own vehicle, waiting-time, amendment and cancellation details. Confirm whether your airport is PEK or PKX.
