What to include
Provide the full hotel name or ask for a recommendation, check-in and check-out dates, adult and child counts, room count, bed preference and any accessibility needs.
Airport transfers
For a transfer request, include PEK or PKX, flight number, scheduled arrival, passenger count and luggage estimate. Transfer availability and price are separate from the hotel quotation.
Response and verification
A response target is not a booking guarantee. Availability can change until confirmed. You may verify the proposed reservation directly with the selected hotel before payment.
