Beijing hotel booking questions, answered clearly

No. hiltonbeijing.com is operated by Beijing Stay Concierge, an independent quote and booking assistance service. It is not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by Hilton.

We check available booking channels for your exact dates and prepare a customer quotation. A quote may be lower than a comparable public rate checked at that time, but discounts vary by room, dates, inclusions and cancellation terms.

No. We do not promise the lowest price. Compare the quoted total, taxes, breakfast, room category, cancellation policy and loyalty eligibility with the hotel's public options.

Submitting the request form does not create a booking or payment obligation. Any price, service charge and payment terms will be shown in the written quotation before you decide.

Yes. After the hotel-system reservation is confirmed, use the phone number published on the hotel's official website and ask the hotel to verify the guest name and stay dates before payment.

Our process is designed for the confirmed reservation to be recorded with the selected Hilton-branded hotel. A request form alone is not a booking; wait for the written confirmation and verification details.

You review the written quotation and verify the proposed reservation with the hotel before following the supplied payment instructions.

The written quotation identifies the applicable contact and policy. Changes, refunds and cancellations follow the confirmed rate terms, so review the deadline before payment.

Hilton Beijing is in the Liangmaqiao and embassy area of Chaoyang. Hilton Beijing Wangfujing is in central Dongcheng near Wangfujing. They are separate hotels suited to different itineraries.

Hilton Beijing Wangfujing and Waldorf Astoria Beijing are central Dongcheng options. Always compare current access, your daily itinerary and the exact property address.

Hilton Beijing Capital Airport is the airport-focused property serving PEK Terminals 2 and 3. Confirm the current shuttle instructions directly with the hotel.

No. Hilton Beijing Daxing is in the Gaomidian South area of Daxing District and is not at the PKX terminal. Do not choose it only because the names are similar.

PEK is Beijing Capital International Airport northeast of central Beijing. PKX is Beijing Daxing International Airport south of the city. They are far apart, so always check the airport code on your ticket.

Hilton currently publishes a complimentary 24-hour shuttle serving PEK Terminals 2 and 3. Confirm the current pickup point and timetable with the hotel before travel.

A private transfer from PEK or PKX can be quoted separately after the flight, passenger, luggage and confirmed hotel details are provided.

Choose an airport hotel for a short connection, very late arrival or early departure. For several days of sightseeing, a central area may reduce total daily travel time.

Use the guest's name exactly as shown on the passport that will be presented at check-in. Ask for corrections before travel if the confirmation is different.

Payment acceptance depends on the quoted channel and hotel. Confirm the currency, card type, deposit and refund method before payment, and carry a backup payment method for incidental charges.

Hilton states that third-party bookings generally do not earn Hilton Honors points, stay credits or member benefits. Ask us to confirm the exact rate terms if loyalty credit matters.

No Chinese phone number is required for this website form. Provide a working email address so we can respond, and confirm what contact details the selected hotel needs.
