A room that looks large enough may not allow your full family. Confirm every child's age, legal occupancy and bed arrangement before comparing prices.
List every adult and child
Send each child's age, the number of adults and the preferred bed arrangement. Occupancy limits and breakfast rules can change by room type and rate.
Compare one room, connecting rooms and suites
For a family of four or five, compare the total cost and confirmed sleeping layout of one larger room, two rooms or a suite. Two rooms are not automatically connecting.
Treat connecting rooms as a specific request
Connecting or adjoining rooms may be limited. Ask whether the connection can be guaranteed for the selected room categories and keep the answer with the quotation.
Check child extras individually
Baby cots, extra beds, children's breakfast and pool access can have age, height, room or fee conditions. Confirm each item instead of assuming family friendly includes it.
Choose an area that reduces daily friction
For young children or grandparents, prioritize the daily route, subway access, stroller handling and realistic rest time. A central location can be more valuable than a small rate difference.
Plan the airport transfer for people and luggage
Share the airport code, child-seat request, stroller count and luggage estimate. A standard car may not fit a family of five with full-size bags.
Room availability, facilities, transport and policy details must be confirmed for the exact hotel, room and travel dates.
